4. Water and waste water utilities (new trunk mains, mains' renewals, drainage, sewage treatment plants, lateral connections, foul drainage restoration, replacement, diversions etc.)

5. Energy and Telecommunications (substations, new ducting, alterations / expansions / replacement of existing network)

6. Marine (harbour piers, quay walls reconstruction)

7. Regeneration and maintenance of public areas and facilities (walkways, open theatres, parks, street lighting, pathways, playgrounds, roundabouts and community centres)

8. School building maintenance and repairs (waterproofing, M&E upgrades, sport facilities, fencing and joinery)
